Manuscript Withdrawal
Important Notice on Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts as an agreement was already made in the submission process that this article is not in the review process / is currently in the review process / has not been published in another journal, also valuable credit time was wasted as a result of the editor and/or reviewer. Editors and reviewers have spent significant time processing submitted manuscripts, costs, and publishers' workload. If the author nevertheless requests to withdraw the manuscript while it is still in the peer review process, the author will be fined Rp 1,000,000 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher.
However, it is unethical to withdraw a manuscript submitted to one journal if it is accepted by another journal. If the author withdraws a manuscript after it has been accepted for publication, a fine of IDR 2,500,000 per manuscript will be imposed. Manuscripts can only be returned once the return fee has been paid in full to the publisher. If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and his/her affiliation will be blacklisted from publication in this journal. Let us build a publishing culture together by prioritizing the values of academic/publication ethics.
