Potential Data Loss After Upgrade

Dear all Authors, Reviewer, and Editor, 

To improve the convenience of Jurnal Resti, today we have upgraded our hosting by using a dedicated server for our OJS. However, during the upgrade process, there is a possibility of data loss from May 5 - 21. Data that may be lost include the submission process, submission files, review process, revision files, metadata, or notes/discussions.

For this reason, the entire submissionn (submission files) or review process (revision files, revision results, or discussion) must be submitted again. We deeply apologize to the authors, reviewers, and editors for this inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this data loss, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thankyou.
