Ownership of Rights
Authors retain copyright and grant the Journal of Systems Engineering and Information Technology (JOSEIT) first publication rights of their work. All articles published in JOSEIT are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

JOSEIT publishes all content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to:

Under the following terms:

Author Rights
By publishing in JOSEIT, authors retain the following rights:

  1. Copyright ownership of their article
  2. Patent, trademark, and other intellectual property rights related to the article
  3. The right to use the substance of the article in future works, including lectures, textbooks, or electronic publications
  4. The right to self-archive the final published version of the article in institutional repositories or personal websites

Author Responsibilities
When submitting to JOSEIT, authors confirm that:

  1. The work is original and has not been previously published in any language
  2. The work is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
  3. All authors have significantly contributed to the research
  4. All permissions have been secured for any copyrighted material used within the article
  5. They agree to the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license

Third-Party Content
For any third-party content included in submissions (figures, images, tables, etc.), authors must either:

  1. Ensure the material is in the public domain
  2. Include explicit permission from the rights holder
